Meeting all the requirements of ISO 45003 Psychological health in the workplace and investors in people, our programme will help your employees learn how to improve their own health in a variety of areas, including mental health, physical fitness, healthy lifestyle choices, diet and nutrition, social awareness, and menopause.
You can choose one or all packages. All packages will work on a morning or afternoon over 1 week Mon- Fri. Each Full package will also include a 6 month support coaching package to allow behavioral habits to be changed. For this support is required from our trained and dedicated coaches. Certified courses available.
Mental health first aider (MHFAider) – A two day in person course or delivered online via four sessions over a 2 week period, this course will qualify learners as MHFAiders
MHFA Aware– A four hour online or in person course designed as an introductory session to increase mental health awareness and help reduce discrimination
MHFA Champions – A one day course delivered onsite aimed at leaders, to create a network of MHFA Champions to refresh their skills and update their knowledge.
MHFA Refresher– to be taken every 3 years, A four hour online or in person course aimed at MHFAiders or Champions to refresh skills.
Youth Mental First aid– A two day in person course or delivered online via four sessions over a two week period, this course will qualify learners as Youth MHFAiders
Health and Lifestyle Screening
10 minute appointment – Blood Pressure, Total cholesterol, Blood glucose checks
15 Minute appointment – Blood Pressure, Total cholesterol, Blood glucose checks, Height, weight, and BMI, Body fat, Visceral fat.
20 Minute appointment – Blood Pressure, Total cholesterol, Blood glucose checks, Height, weight, and BMI, Body fat, Visceral fat, resting heart rate, muscle percentage, metabolic rate, exercise behaviour, Lifestyles questions on stress, worklife balance, daily energy and sleep.
